Contract Intelligence & Register
Extracts key contract terms with source citations into a reviewed register, applies amendments and tracks renewal and notice deadlines.
Where it fits
The register step of the contract lifecycle: every extracted term carries its quote and page, a named reviewer approves or corrects it in Teams, and only approved terms feed effective terms and deadline answers.
Value & ROI
Less manual contract reading and fewer missed notice deadlines.
KPI it moves
Fewer missed notice deadlines.
Risk & compliance posture
L4, extracts and computes; a named reviewer approves every record and corrections are kept beside the original evidence. Lawyers own interpretation and advice; documents not fully signed are flagged, not treated as in force.
Pain points it removes
- Renewal and notice terms sit in PDFs nobody re-reads until the deadline has passed.
- Amendments change the effective terms, but the register still shows the original contract.
What the L4 · Decide (supervised) tier means
Supports decisions and controls in higher-stakes processes: compliance, contracts, security, four-eyes. A named human remains accountable for the call; the agent assists and evidences it. Built for high-risk-process scrutiny. Human role: Stays accountable.

Price
$14,900 one-time for a perpetual licence to this version, plus $249 / month for Continuous Certification — recommended, and the only route to updated certified releases.
The version you buy is yours forever. The rules it was built against are not: without an active subscription a newer certified release is a new licence purchase, and you follow the covered scope yourself. With it, the package stays listed as a current Colleague AI Certified Release, you get the updated release when a change inside the covered scope requires one at no further licence fee, and you get a Certificate ID a reviewer can check.
Colleague AI’s own programme — not third-party accreditation, and it does not certify how you use the agent. What it covers.
About Colleague AI
Colleague AI is the trust layer for enterprise AI. It classifies AI agents against the CAI Score (a five-tier risk classification from L1 to L5) documenting each agent’s controls and producing an audit trail.
