During the 30-minute session a Colleague AI engineer walks you through one or more agents from the catalogue, typically chosen to match your industry and the use case your team has in mind. You interact with the agent directly: upload a sample document, ask a compliance question, or trigger an audit workflow. Every action the agent takes is logged in real time in the audit trail panel, so you can verify that nothing happens outside the permitted scope defined by the agent's CAI Score tier.
Every agent in the Colleague AI catalogue is evaluated against the CAI Score, a five-tier risk classification framework that defines what an agent is and is not permitted to do. Tier L1 covers read-only informational agents; tier L5 (autonomous operation within hard, pre-approved guardrails) is defined by the framework but not used by any agent in the catalogue today, every agent ships at L2 to L4. The tier level is displayed on each agent's product page alongside the specific guardrails that enforce it. Because the tier definitions are part of the product itself, your legal and compliance teams can review exactly what an agent does, before procurement.

Colleague AI agents are designed to run in your environment, not ours. The demo uses a sandboxed cloud instance with synthetic data. In production, agents are deployed inside your own Microsoft and cloud boundary (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure), so customer data stays in your tenant. Inference runs against Azure OpenAI or another model endpoint approved by you; ColleagueAI never processes your business data.
