Public demos and website submissions
Production deployments are designed so customer operational data remains inside the customer tenancy. Public website demos, forms, partner registrations, and other submitted website inputs are separate ColleagueAI-hosted flows and may be processed to provide the demo, respond to requests, review partner interest, operate the website, and maintain security. Do not submit confidential production data to public demos or website forms.
