1. Acceptance
By using colleagueai.ai or purchasing any product, subscription, licence or AI agent, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate details and for safeguarding your credentials and MFA.
3. Products & licences
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- One-time licences follow the Licence.
- AI agents are licensed per tenant, deployed in your environment.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe in your selected currency, including applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) by billing region.
5. Acceptable use
No security breach attempts, reverse-engineering, resale/redistribution, or unlawful use.
6. Intellectual property
The CAI Score framework, platform and agent blueprints are proprietary to Colleague AI.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Provided "as is"; implied warranties excluded and liability limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law. ROI/readiness outputs are indicative, not advice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order; licence rights then cease.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Czechia and the EU; courts of Praha, subject to mandatory consumer law.
