1. Grant
Subject to payment, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-tenant licence to deploy and use the purchased software/agent in your own environment.
2. Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing or cross-tenant sharing, except by authorised partners under a signed Partner Program Agreement.
- No reverse-engineering of the agent blueprint or CAI Score logic.
- No removal of proprietary notices.
3. Deployment & data
Agents run in your Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure environment. We host only the governance layer and do not process your business data.
4. Ownership
All IP in the software, agents, blueprints and CAI Score remains with Colleague AI.
5. Support
Provided per your order or maintenance plan.
6. Term
The licence to a purchased agent package/version is perpetual for the licensed tenant. Subscription, support, update and Continuous Certification rights apply only for their applicable term. The perpetual licence may be terminated for material breach in accordance with the Terms.
7. Warranty
Provided "as is"; liability limited per the Terms.
