1. Grant
Subject to payment, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-tenant licence to deploy and use the purchased software/agent in your own environment.
2. Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing or cross-tenant sharing.
- No reverse-engineering of the agent blueprint or CAI Score logic.
- No removal of proprietary notices.
3. Deployment & data
Agents run in your Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure environment. We host only the governance control plane and do not process your business data.
4. Ownership
All IP in the software, agents, blueprints and CAI Score remains with Colleague AI.
5. Support
Provided per your order or maintenance plan.
6. Term
Runs for the order term; on breach/termination, stop using and delete the materials.
7. Warranty
Provided "as is"; liability limited per the Terms.
