Enterprise AI agent packages with fixed pricing by CAI tier

Start with one agent package or combine multiple agents into a governed multi-agent environment. Individual agent pricing is fixed by CAI tier: L2, L3 or L4.

An individual agent package is a one-time price set by its CAI tier: $7,900 (L2), $9,900 (L3) or $14,900 (L4), and the licence to that package is perpetual. Continuous Certification is a separate optional subscription from $99 per month that keeps your purchased version listed as a current Colleague AI Certified Release: it is Colleague AI’s own programme, not third-party accreditation, and it does not certify how you use the agent. Deployment and implementation remain with the customer or an approved implementation partner.

Enterprise multi-agent systems

Customers can combine multiple individually licensed agent packages across functions and systems. Each agent retains its published CAI-tier price, while deployment, integrations and operation remain with the customer or its approved implementation partner.

Deployment planning

What affects customer deployment effort?

The published agent licence price is fixed. Customer deployment effort may vary depending on integrations, data readiness, governance requirements and the customer's deployment approach. These deployment costs are borne by the customer or agreed separately with its implementation partner.

Workflow complexity

Number of process steps, exceptions, decisions and business rules.

Agent autonomy

Whether the agent drafts, recommends, executes actions or coordinates other agents.

Integration requirements

Systems, APIs, databases, document repositories and communication platforms the customer or implementation partner must connect during deployment.

Governance requirements

Audit trails, approvals, human oversight, controls, evidence logging and policy alignment.

Data readiness

Availability, accessibility, structure, sensitivity and quality of the required business data.

Deployment readiness

Testing, localization, tenant configuration, user guidance and handover activities performed by the customer or implementation partner using ColleagueAI deployment documentation.

What the agent package includes

Each agent package is a standardized product sold at its published CAI-tier licence price. Package contents are defined for the selected agent; customer-specific deployment work is outside the licence and remains with the customer or its implementation partner.

Early engagements

Founding-customer terms

Founding customers may qualify for preferential payment or Continuous Certification terms in exchange for structured product and deployment feedback and permission to develop an approved case study. Published agent licence prices remain fixed.
