2. Data we collect
- Account/contact data (forms).
- When paid checkout is enabled: transaction data (cards handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers).
- When paid checkout is enabled: buyer email, purchased agent slugs and the Stripe checkout session id may be stored to grant download entitlement, together with any applicable partner/referral code.
- Cookieless analytics (Plausible and Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights) and error monitoring (Sentry).
- Communications and marketing preferences.

4. Subprocessors
Current services include Vercel (hosting & web analytics), Upstash (demo/enquiry lead storage), Resend (transactional email for demo and enquiry notifications), Plausible (cookieless analytics), Sentry (error monitoring) and Google Fonts (web fonts). When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe may process payments, Upstash may additionally store entitlement and partner-code records, and Cloudflare R2 may store deliverable files. 5. Transfers
Some subprocessors (Vercel hosting, Upstash and Resend) process data in the United States. Outside the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Kept only as long as necessary, then deleted or anonymised. Demo and enquiry submissions are retained for up to twelve months.
7. Your rights
Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your supervisory authority (in Czechia, the ÚOOÚ).
8. Cookies
Analytics is cookieless; non-essential tracking loads only with consent.

Public demos and website submissions
Production deployments are designed so customer operational data remains inside the customer tenancy. This website hosts one form: the demo booking form at /demo. Submitting it sends us the email address, company, role, areas of interest, preferred date and time zone you enter, so that we can arrange the demo you asked for. Those details are stored for up to twelve months and are not used for anything else. We do not host a public AI demo or partner registration, and no other page on this site submits what you type. Please do not send confidential production data through the form or by email.
