1. Partnership
Governs participation in the Colleague AI partner programme: refer, resell or deploy certified agents.
2. Eligibility
Partners must register and be approved; only registered partner codes are credited.
3. Attribution & commission
Qualifying, tracked referrals earn the agreed share. Attribution is gated and sanitised. Rates and terms are in your partner order.
4. Brand use
Approved, brand-safe assets only; no misrepresentation of the CAI Score or Colleague AI.
5. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information.
6. Term
Terminate per the partner order; accrued qualifying commissions survive.
