Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ColleagueAI agent packages and related digital services from Colleague AI s.r.o., Školská 1736/12, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha, Czech Republic, IČO 29540852 ("ColleagueAI", "we"). It forms part of our Terms · License Agreement.
1. Evaluate before you buy
Our sales model is evaluation-first. Before any purchase you can review the agent factsheet, book a live demo, and validate the agent package against your own cases in a guided evaluation. We encourage every customer to complete this evaluation before paying, so you know exactly what you are buying.
2. Digital delivery and refunds
Agent packages are digital content delivered by download or by provisioning access. Once access to a package has been granted or the package has been downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable, except as set out in this policy or where applicable law provides otherwise.
This is because a delivered blueprint, its prompts, workflows and documentation cannot be "returned" in any meaningful way.
3. Business customers
Our packages are sold to businesses (B2B). Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purchases made in the course of business. Nothing in this policy limits remedies that mandatory law grants to business customers for defective performance.
4. Consumers
If, exceptionally, you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right at checkout, you consent to delivery before the end of the withdrawal period; the right of withdrawal then lapses on delivery, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU and § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code.
5. Defective or non-conforming packages
If a delivered package materially fails to conform to its published factsheet, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will first work with you to remedy the issue (corrected package, updated version, or implementation support). If we cannot deliver a conforming package within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or a full refund of the affected package.
6. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate payments, charges made in error, and charges for orders we do not fulfil are always refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval.
7. Renewals and subscriptions
Where a package or the governance control plane is billed on a recurring basis, you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Charges for a started billing period are not refunded pro rata unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We notify you before any renewal at least in the interval required by law.
8. How to request a refund
Email hello@colleagueai.ai from the address used at purchase, with the order reference, the package name, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
9. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend access to the affected packages while the dispute is investigated. Please contact us first, most issues are resolved faster that way.
